How to read this roadmap
We're festival-goers ourselves. CrewMate is the result of 5+ years of planning festival trips with crews ranging from 10 to 40 people. We built it because we were done with frustrating spreadsheets, scattered chat decisions, and last-minute chaos.
This page is a living overview of what is shipped and what is planned. It is not a promise on exact dates, but it is a transparent view of where CrewMate is going and what we are prioritizing for festival crews.
The focus stays practical: travel logistics, camp setup, meetups, safety workflows, and shared costs like tickets and camping fees. If a feature would not help a real crew during a real festival weekend, it is not a priority.
Festival planning is not like everyday event planning. People are on the road, the campsite is messy, and networks fail. The best features are the ones that reduce stress in the moment: clear responsibilities, fast access to shared info, and simple meetup rules that work even without perfect connectivity.
- Shipped: live in the product right now.
- Planned: on the short list and actively designed.
- Feedback: tell us what your crew struggles with most.
We prefer shipping small, useful improvements over big "platform" features. The goal is simple: help crews coordinate travel, campsites, meetups, safety, and money with less stress.
If you want to follow progress, check the status page during launch periods and keep an eye on new releases inside the app. We try to ship improvements that make the next festival weekend smoother, not just "nice-to-have" UI.

Will CrewMate stay festival-focused?
Yes. We prioritize features that help crews coordinate travel, campsites, meetups, safety, and shared expenses.
